Samsung to revise their device naming system for 2011

With the launch of Nokia 500, 600 , 700 and 701 models, Samsung has finally decided to revise its device naming system for 2011. The hierarchy of device naming by Samsung  was suggested as follows:












Along with the above classification, Samsung has decided to rate the ability of its product by distributing it among three major classes, preferably 'Wave', 'Omnia' and 'Galaxy', while the latter representing the high-end android smartphone market by Samsung. It has also been decided that all the devices will by represented by its grading, with letters 'S', 'R', 'W', 'M' and 'Y', where each grade will be represented by a different price tag.
